Table Tennis is available in the upstairs hall of the annexe building. The key to the hall, bats, ball and net are kept at the entrance behind the front door.
Please follow these rules while using this facility:
1. Close all the windows before leaving the hall
2. Lock the door and keep the key at the nail behind the front door
3. On Fridays or Saturdays before noon, dismantle the tables keep them on the sides
4. Bring back the bats, ball, and the net
5. No outsiders are allowed to come in or play there.
6. Report any breakages.

1. Remember this is not your family. It’s an
institution. Offices anywhere in the world are not open according to each one’s
convenience.
2. You may come to the office either for payments or consultations between 8:15 am and 12:15 pm or 4:00-6:30 pm

REQUESTS AND EXPECTATIONS
We would appreciate it if you keep the following guidelines in order to help us run the hostel in an atmosphere of safety, tranquility and respect for the others:

Payments
1. Date of payment: Your payment must reach the office by the 5th
of every month for that month.
2. Office timings: 8:15 am to 12:15 pm and 4:15 to 6:30 pm.
3. You may also pay through bank transfer. You may direct the payments due to us to The Fathers of Holy Cross at The South Indian Bank Ltd, Brigade Road Branch, Bangalore (IFSC Code: SIBL0000108). Our account Number is: 0108053000015900

Parking of Motorcycles:
We have a small shed with very limited space for parking.
1. You need prior permission before you can bring in any vehicle to this campus.
2. You may be allotted a space if available. This does not come automatically with your accommodation.
3. A written application with your vehicle number (for motor vehicles) and your license should be submitted along with the request before you can even bring in the vehicle to the campus.
4. No other substitute vehicle can be parked in the premises as we cannot identify the ownership.
5. Short term guests may park their vehicles at the side of the BB court provided it is not after 7:00 pm.
