1. Date of payment: Your payment must reach the office by the 5th
of every month for that month.
2. Office timings: 8:15 am to 12:15 pm and 4:15 to 6:30 pm.
3. You may also pay through bank transfer. You may direct the payments due to us to The Fathers of Holy Cross at The South Indian Bank Ltd, Brigade Road Branch, Bangalore (IFSC Code: SIBL0000108). Our account Number is: 0108053000015900
4. In the memo/details/information, the first word must be the name of the person for whom it is being paid and not hostel, fees, month, etc which are generic and not traceable to any person. Send SMS/WhatsApp message immediately giving payment details like number of washes, etc.
5. You also pay for the use of the washing machine
(Rs. 50 per use) for the previous month.
6. Payment delays may attract a fine (Rs. 250) without
prior okay or valid reason.
7. If your work schedule conflicts with our office
timings, you may make your payments through someone else.
8. You may pay for several months and several days before the due date during any office timings when I am here.
